Right 3rd one this week! wow – havent wrote this much since thailand….anyhow

Im still receiving abuse from people coz i had a bad week (Even as a far as San Diego)…

Screw you guys – these things happen….and they’re all like – “You’re in Australia, how could you get down…”…it happens. Burning the candle at both ends blah blah blah….

As I said already – Australia is NOT a week in spain multiplied by a year!!

Anyway Im grand now, all happy – gonna go nuts later. Its FRIDAY!! About to finish my first full week in this job!!

I also got told by Gez my buddy at home that this blog depresses him!! So from now on only fun good stuff will go in…

I have Man-flu, this shit just got real.

So we’re off to play super golf tomorrow, teeing off at 10.40 (hungover to fuck). Turns out its located in the swan valley, which as we all know is full of breweries (beer wine vodka). Two guesses whats gonna happen after golf??!!

Apologies for the depressed/angry/off the rails tone of the last post…was just having a bad day!! People actually mailed me being all worried and stuff…cheers for the concerns dudes!!

Things are all good though, Im not gonna commit suicide or anything. And Im not off the rails…anymore…

And all girls aren’t c*nts, only some of them. Girls who don’t make peoples hearts warmer are. Phil knows what im talking about….

So this saturday we’re booked in to play “SUPER GOLF”. We get 4 oversize clubs and a huge golf ball and a little cart to bring them around in – its gonna be hilarious!!

Nout much else happened…im on track to doing my first full week in work in 6 weeks – ACHIEVEMENT!!

Right Hello!  Im back

Took a week off last week to do some soul searching, I was in a dark place and couldnt have been arsed writing…sorry – had to be done though.

The weekend in Manjimup was grand. Got a bus down – took 5 hours!! There Is NOTHING there. a few shops, the worst pub in the world, a hostel and the timber park….we didnt get up to much over the weekend. good to see the girls though!!

As I said ALL last week was a dark time for me, we wont get into it. So we’ll skip this part.

The weekend just gone was ok. Was out for a few on Friday with Mike and Aisleen and Elaine and co…then saturday we had a party in the gaf. The place was destroyed. Good few drunken blaggards there too (Aisleen, Darryl, that Ozzie bloke)…Me and my new roomie Birchall (Ciaran and the lads are gone to the east coast, they contributed to the dark week) went out for the night. Elaine and Ais came too but couldnt get in coz Ais was blind drunk outta her face…haha…GOON. Anyway me and Birch had a mad laugh – the Leederville Hotel is a slug fest. Unreal, never seen anything like it!

Sunday we got brekkie and watched 6 hours of Extras. It was cool….

Aisleen left on Monday morning – BYE ACE, I’ll catch up with her in Denham when Im driving up the coast in a few weeks….She’s gone pearl farming for FREE – IDIOT. But there’s baby kangaroos hopping around free in the hostel which kinda makes up for it!!

This week pretty much sucks aswell (not as bad a last week). We have a couple from Kerry moving in today so I found out last night….and since Becs Birchall and Phil moved in on Thursday I was like…”Hmmm I wonder where theyre gonna fit….” then I get the bad news…………JIMMY JAMES CLARKE IS MOVING OUT TONIGHT….I dropped to my knees and cried. I love that guy. And I was doing really well with his guitar, 2 hours a night…and I spent all day in work yesterday printing out chords. And he’s just up and going…….very very sad. I will miss him a lot. So Ive decided to buy my own guitar off gumtree to do my roadtrip with…

The girls (Aoife, Cats, Murt Becs) and Darryl are leaving this weekend. Theyre going doing the east coast…its like a competition – How many people can Ronan lose in a month. Its very emotional and not fair. It should be like a J1 in America when everyone comes at the same time and leaves at the same time. Its bloody hard work on the emotions. 

I think me Ray and Shell are the next to leave – we’re the only ones doing the west coast then we’ll be on the east when everyone else is finished it!!  Cant wait to blow this joint though – Perth. Done.

Yeah basically todays blog is a big moan. And ive every right to.

Some thoughts:

- Me and Phil figured out, during one of our amazing conversations we get into, that contrary to popular belief, Australia is NOT Spain multiplied by a year (or a J1 multiplied by 4). You do get worries, you do get sober, stresses are a given, washing?, running? shopping?…its not easy kids….

- Me and Phil discovered that all women are c*nts. No matter how well we get on with you and how great friends we are, the lot of you’s are. Not you mam.

- I still hate my job…its driving me insane. I was talking to myself earlier.

- DO NOT listen to Jem – Maybe I’m Amazed….EVER. Especially when you’re in my mood.

Right Im actually just annoyed writing this – ill be in a better mood next week…i hope.

Morning, Happy August 13th…

What a boring week…I’ve done nothing apart from NOT spend money.

Friday night we stayed in and did nothing.

Saturday I was up early and did all my fitness stuff at 8.30 in the AM. Yep up that early on a Saturday. Went to town and got bits and pieces and tried to get my laptop fixed, that was a negatory, and was still home by 12!! Went to visit Paulie in hospital – he had to get an absyss drained from his neck – ewwwwww. Massive scar!! Saturday night we did nothing.

Sunday we visited Paulie again then went to Freo for the day. We had a cup of tea and a cake there – how dull is that!?!? Saw a big ass submarine and then went to the Mighty Quin for dinner…BORING.

This week Ive just been running after my dull day in work everyday….zzz zzz zzz

Its definitely time to get out of here!!

At least this weekend I’ll be doing something fun. Getting the bus on Friday 5 hours south to Manjimup to see Freya, should be fun!! There’s one bar and a shop there I think!! Kinda like Ballycumber in Offaly. Looking forward to  that anyway!!

Ned is leaving today to go to Thailand for a month – PRICK…

Did you know that today would have been myself and Amanda’s 7 year anniversary – LONG TIME!!

Morning,

So on thursday I eventually got a haircut!! Delighted…then thursday night was Norma’s last night. She decided to go home so we hit the paddo for a few drinks…i dont like this people leaving lark…its getting a bit much now. Everyone is off everywhere

Friday, Freya came back from Manji so we all headed to dinner in the free indian restaurant (me nicki freya elaine barballs and aisleen and Cat). Nice place, free food and free MIWADI. You donate what you feel is right at the end. So 10er each is about normal…and it goes to charity…and homeless people can eat for free…so its nice!! After that, few bottles of wine and headed to the Leederville Hotel, drinks there and we were about to head into the Hip-E club bit somebody forgot ID – smart. Back to the Library – good night!!

Saturday we headed to Freo for the day, i fell asleep in a bead shop for an hour while Freya made necklaces or something. Nice nap!! Straight from there to Aisleens gaf for dinner! Yum yum. Elaine makes a wicked toblerone cheesecake!! Then we headed out to Tiger Lils for the night – it was cool.

Sunday had to say goodbye to Nicki and Freya AGAIN as they we’re heading back to Manji for the vining. Nicki decided to head down and get her 3 months done too. So at least the 2 of them will be around for the next year!! BRING ON SYDNEY…

Sunday was also Rays birthday, so we hit the Shed for the day. It was a great day, Ray got hammered and was in bed by 8!!

On Monday (yesterday?) me Ray and Shell went to Peter Pans and booked our east coast trip…here’s the plan…well what I remember of it (I dont have the itinerary on me)

Sept 15th – Leave Perth

Sept 15th – Oct 3rd – Get to Darwin. Gonna get a relocation camper and spend  3 weeks going up the 4500km west coast of Oz. Gonna stop at Geraldton, Principality of Hutt River, Exmouth, Monkey Mia, Shark Bay, Coral Bay,Broome and Darwin. Gonna see all the sights. Haven’t made a definite plan yet for the west coast.

Oct 6th – Fly to Cairns

Oct 6th – Oct 31st Make our way to sydney. This includes Great Barrier Reef, Mission Beach, A bungee jump, A skydive, Rainbow Beach, Whitsundays sailing living on a boat for 3 days, Frasier Island camping for 3 days, motorbike ride, Steve Irwins Australia zoo, Surfers Paradise, Brisbane, Nimbin, Zorbing and loads more I cant remember. Cannot wait for it!! Im officially done with Perth – when we leave in September I will have been here for 22 weeks, thats enough! Then everyone is gonna get set up in Sydney for Christmas. Its going to be amazing!! We’ll meet up with lads again (Ciaran James Birchall Murphy) as they’re heading off in 2 weeks to do the east coast with Brian Barrett, Scully Leo and Stevo are doing it too but they’ll be heading home after. We’ll meet up with the lunchclub again (Aisleen Elaine and Barballs) as they’re heading off today for a road trip to Darwin then heading their own directions. We’ll meet up with Freya and Nicki again as they’ll be finished their fruit picking. Then maybe Gar Mac and Fiona will be back. Emma and Lydia should be there too….its gonna be a mental Christmas!!

So hopefully everything will work out…

Not much other news happening, Ive started bringing my lunch to work so to save money and coz Ive nobody to go with anymore. Me and Ciaran have decided not to drink for 2 weeks. Started back running last night. Gonna generally be tight with money and healthy til I leave this city. On Friday week Im gonna make a wee roadtrip the 5 hours south to Manjimup to see the girls plus it’ll put another dot on my map! Apparentely there’s not a lot to do there but I’m sure we’ll make our own fun.

Ned got his fine for running on to the pitch during the Australia – South Africa Tri Nations match!! 5 grand and a court appearance!! Hahaa
